Product and experience design thought leader. Food educator and entrepreneur. Life enthusiast.
I love to find the gaps. Those places in the experience where the opportunities like to hide. A fixer by nature, I love to turn a question over and over in my mind until I’ve examined it from every angle then offer a solution that serves both my client, and their customer. As a 15 year product and experience designer, one of the things I have come to love most about my career is uncovering the reasons behind why people behave the way that they do.
It’s with this lens that I view my culinary experiences. Whether dining, cooking, teaching or attending an event, I’ve found my calling in food. And as much as I love to live in the moment, inhale every aroma and savor every bite, I am also hard-wired to look for the ways it could be even better. I travel the world meeting chefs, food journalists and restaurateurs, breaking bread with them, swapping stories and always, always looking for the gaps.
